I Capt Crunch and the Bunch sono formati infatti da Andrea 'Vipera' Salani (storico batterista di alcune formazioni importanti come CCM, I Refuse It, Fase Quattro) e Frank Crunch (ex vocalist degli stessi Fase Quattro e de La Cattiva Esperienza), come pure dal Emiliano "Er Biacco" Marianelli (ex-Toni Crimine e tuttora The Bugz), il bassista Francesco Falorni (Reverberati e The Bugz) e infine l'altro chitarrista Frankie Bo.

Il combo asseconda il suo Capitano nell'amore verso un Beat incendiario che pesca a piene mani nel R&B.
In particolare la band si presenta come creatrice di un micidiale mix di working class rock e R&B "festaiolo"!

Dagli Stones ai Dr. Feelgood, passando per Capt. Beefheart, ma senza dimenticarsi chi da noi quella lezione l'aveva imparata a fine anni '60 come Mr. Anima aka Ghigo Agosti o i Rubi Strubi!!
